Our Standard Method of Shipment is UPS Ground or Express Mail. If we are shipping to a P.O, Box or a Military address we Ship USPS. We have chosen UPS and the USPS because of their outstanding Service and reliablility. Shortly after we mail your package you will be emailed your tracking number Via Email for each order. You can follow up and track your package by going to either the UPS or USPS website. You can also always google the tracking number. We may requre the Courier to obtain a signature when delivering a package.

All merchandise is guaranteed to satisfy YOU. Unworn and unaltered in stock merchandise may be returned (within 30 days) for a full refund. Custom orders are not returnable for a refund. We do our best to insure customer satisfaction, and offer store credit for custom orders that are sellable items (assumes the custom order is not too unusual to be sold to another customer).
Gemstone Quality guarantee:
Gemstone certification is available upon request. We are a member of the American Gem Trade Association (AGTA), and follow AGTA standards for disclosure of gemstone enhancement. All of our stones are purchased from AGTA dealers or other reputable dealers. Sapphire, ruby, aquamarine, and tanzanite are usually heat treated. Emeralds are usually oiled or Opticon treated. Blue and green diamonds are irradiated. Amethyst, chrysoberyl, garnet, opal, and white diamond are not treated. Tanzanites and emeralds are fragile. Treat emeralds and tanzanites with special care. Do not clean emeralds with strong detergents, put in hot water, or clean in an ultrasonic cleaner.
